What Are Bahama Shutters?

Bahama Shutters are a window shutter permanently installed on the exterior of your home at a 45-degree angle. They are mounted at the top making them easy to close to cover windows before a storm.

How Do I Use Bahama Shutters?

To prepare for a storm, support the weight of the shutter with one hand to prevent the shutter from closing too quickly. With the other hand, loosen the thumbscrews located on both arms of the bahama shutter.

When not in use, these window shutters can be reopened to a 45-degree angle.
